How It Works:
- Place your crystalized honey in a glass jar and place the lid firmly on.
- Place the glass jar in the middle of the Stainless Steel pot and fill with warm water (approximately ¾ full), ensuring no water enters the jar.
- Plug in the decrystallizing unit and set the temperature to 37°C (99°F) and leave on overnight.
- Occasionally, stir the honey to help it decrystallize.
- Once the honey is fully liquified you can turn the temperature down to 20°C (68°F) to keep it runny or remove and store at room temp
