History
Back in 2005 our CEO, Imtiaz, was in Bulgaria and was fascinated with the laid-back lifestyle and how people would grow their own food and truly live of the land. The weather in Bulgaria was great and the food tasted really organic and fresh. Imtiaz met an Irish man called Norman who had retired and moved out there.
After purchasing a project house in one of the towns and spending 10 years doing it up Imtiaz now enjoys weeks and months living out in Bulgaria often inviting family and friends to come and enjoy the sun.
One day Imtiaz was in his garden on a beautiful autumn day eating walnuts and hazelnuts off the trees and just thinking to himself that these taste pretty special. So he filled up his suitcase with walnuts and took them home and shared them with friends and family who loved the organic and fresh taste. Then the year after he took more and some local honey, then the next year he found himself shipping over pallets as the demand grew.
